Looks like I am getting a survey shortly. I got an e-mail asking for my postal address as they need to send me a paper Patient Information Leaflet by post then I will get a survey to complete and the £5 Amazon Gift Voucher.

Thanks for the original link Jon - just shows it pays to be patient sometimes. It does indeed sound interesting - and a refreshing change not to be asked about financial products and subscription TV!

Hmmphhh. Gave them my postal address, received the patient information leaflet, logged on to complete the survey...only to find they have already reached their quota.

So no Amazon voucher after all . Although it does say something about being given priority for a second phase, so maybe there is still hope. It's a shame as the study looked quite interesting.

Did anybody on here manage to participate in the survey itself?
