Help finding a good deal for a new phone?

I currently have an iPhone 5s on Sim only. The phone is coming to its end... it's slowing down, no memory despite deleting the majority of photos/apps (just the essentials remaining), battery runs out quicker etc. My sim only deal is only £4.10 a month for 5gb data, unlimited texts and 100 mins.

Since my sim is so cheap I'd be looking at keeping it and just buying the phone. Has anyone seen any good phone deals? I'd just like something fairly modern (i.e not an embarrassing phone!)

I think I saw an iPhone XS 256Gb on ebay for under £700. Great phone, great price.
However, if you want to keep your costs down, go to the Carphone Whorehouse and buy the first £100 phone that you like the look of.

I have an IPhone 7 which I got off EBay. Refurbished but as new without paying the full price. Works well for me.

You've got a cracking deal there on your sim only plan so I agree you want to keep that rolling!

You can get an iPhone 7 for a few hundred these days, Maybe give our Amazon Discount Finder a go and see what pops up!

for me it's that i'm quite deeply baked into the eco system.

I have an AppleTV with lord known how many 4K films that I get for £3.99 a pop

I have a Macbook pro that talks to my iphone and ipad. Photos naturally move between all 3 devices alongside notes, documents I may be working on etc...

Fair play. I must be behind the times, not sure what an Apple tv is lol.
My viewpoint is that tech goes out of date, so look for optimum value vs. Usability.
