Just thought I would tell you guys about what I have achieved so far from working online. Hope I don't bore you
I started off when I was 13/14. I was tired of asking parents for money all the time and so I did what most people do http://lmgtfy.com/?q=how+to+make+money+online.
FREEBIE SITES
I initially came across freebie sites. These sites offered you gifts/cash if people you referred completed offers on they're site (to make it simple the sites get affiliate money and they give you a proportion of it). It started of slow but I started getting more and more referrals. I created a website as well and drove traffic to it using SEO. It was actually a very enjoyable process, I gained loads of new skills such as web design , graphic design, SEO skills.
The freebie site I used, paid out £20 per referral if you chose the cash option or £18 per referral if you gave them a link of a product to order for you. From my 3/4 years of using the site, I learnt over £1000 worth of stuff. I got an XBOX 360 slim + games, HTC Desire HD (£450),cash etc.
The freebie scene declined and I got less and less referrals so i decided to move on. But it was freebie sites that helped me start making money online and it was the first successful method I used to make money. I will never forget.
Affiliate Marketing
This was the next thing I moved on to. I made videos on youtube and had affiliate links directing to products i advertised. I was no very successful here as i did not get enough people purchasing the products I advertised. Most affiliate sites have a threshold you need to reach before a withdrawal can be made. I was well below this and I never got to withdraw anything. FAIL!
YOUTUBE
I made videos on Youtube and because I reached a certain number of views, I was given the option to monetise my videos. I am currently at a total of around £45 profit. But however guess what.....I haven't reached the threshold of £60 for a withdrawal. so another FAIL!
E-Bay
I'm sure everyone has done this. Sold old clothes and made a bit of money there. But seller fees ruin everything. I also imported some clothes from China to sell but they never sold so a bit of a FAIL again.
PRESENT
I am making money atm through betting and it is going very well. I have made a website teaching people how it is done www.thematchedbet.co.uk. It has been the most successful method so far and I hope it continues to work well.
