[member=1]Jon[/member] you emailed your contact and she reset the password and then manually verified it I think! Then I was in and invoiced £89 first month

I also filled the form in a couple of days ago but haven't had an email from them yet. Do they normally take a while to complete?

They can do. I recommended someone at my workplace and they signed up months ago but have not heard from them since.

Definitely worth emailing but there may not be any work for a while now. I can't remember when the last batch of travel surveys came out so they'll probably be next.
