Just a quick one for anyone who does any work for Lionbridge...

Do the minimum 10 hours per week have to be worked over a specified number of days like Appen (i.e 1 hour per day over 5 days) or can the 10 hours literally be done as and when you like? For example two 5 hour shifts?

I'd like to know the answer to this too! Not that I've passed the exam yet

Have you applied for Yukon? I applied for it as soon as I started in Nile and it took 6 months for them to give me the exams

I think for me when I went on the all projects tab, then clicked on the projects I am not qualified for, Yukon showed up there.
If it is not showing for you I'd say it was worth checking often to see if it turn up.

So..... I'm struggling with timings. Things that I spent ages researching and referring back to the guidelines for in the exams I am now expected to do in 8 minutes. I just cant work that quickly yet. Do I take as long as I need and only claim 8 minutes, take as long as I need and claim how long it takes me or rush it terribly to get it done in 8 minutes?
I am trying to get through all the training etc but I guess I cannot leave actually doing any tasks until I am done with all of that as it is taking forever to get through.

You take as long as you need and only claim 8 minutes.

You will trust me, I used to earn an easy £700+ a month from Yukon and some months over £1000

That would be ace. Nile is an easy £300 so to bring in a grand from Leapforce would really make a difference.
Guess I'll keep plodding through the academy tasks then.

yeah from memory I think you start out at 1hour a day and then you build it up to be unlimited..

You do the sims to unlock up to 4hrs, then you get a good review which will unlock you. Don't rush tasks. If the AET is 14mins, it's 14mins for a reason. Submit on 14Mins.
