I hope that I am not too late but I am joining those of you who sell on KDP. As a teacher and dyslexia specialist, I hope that I can offer value with my niche.

I recently paid out a fair bit for Gumroad's puzzle generator and Creative Fabrica, as well as a monthly sub to Canva so I think I've got to start earning my money on it now.

I do already have a revision notebook, which I am told is good, but sales are low (4 in total over six months). I think it's because it's in colour - they have to be for the picture prompts and I have a glossy cover. I'm going to adjust the cover and see if I can add some keywords.

I'd appreciate a bit of encouragement, words of wisdom or if any other novices want to buddy up for accountability, that would also be great.

Hey there Sian and congratulations on getting going. Are you doing anything to market/promote your books or relying on the marketplace to do the heavy lifting?

Good luck either way and looking forward to hearing about your monthly revenues from this (it is a path I am considering too)

Thank you. I'm not doing much promotion other thank linking it to my tutoring page. Once I've finished my course portfolio, I can really get into my website and offer value to my followers (which I'm not really at the moment).
