Trying to get into web evaluation

Hi guys,

Loving this site signed up to lots of apps and questionnaire websites and also dabbled in mystery shopping.

However I really would like to start website evaluation...

So far...

appen - had more people suited to the role

Leapforce - applied on Jan 13th and heard nothing since

Lionbridge - applied earlier this week and heard nothing.

Utest- finished the assignment and it closed Friday so just waiting.

Any others I could/should try? I really want to do this and just want someone to give me a chance.

Can only speak from experience with leapforce but if you took the test and haven't heard anything it either means

A) you failed the test

Or

B) they will contact you when the next exam(s) has free slots. I know the next round is at the very beginning of feb as a few people on here are doing it. They might contact you after that

I am not familiar with UTest but looking online they do software testing etc. Can you tell us more about it please Merkat1?

You may be screened out of the Lionbridge test process automatically if you have already have an active application with Leapforce. As a long term rater my advice is to never apply for more than one at a time. If you do get through to the test process with any of them do not also begin the test process with another company at the same time.

I would just wait it out now to see if anyone offers you the test. Good Luck.

I applied for Leapforce last May, they sent an "Application Received" email and then I never heard back from them, no follow up email, no test. I just assumed something about my application wasn't the right fit and moved onto applying at Appen and 63336 :-\

I didn't realise I shouldn't apply to more than once at a time! Typical!

I will wait to hear anything this week then I might ask my husband to apply.

Thanks again I just want to get earning again, I've got a little girl now and want the best for her!

It just takes time - there is no overnight fix for earning money from home at a decent amount

Get into whatusersdo / market force / smartphone app etc. As those are instant payers

With earning / working from home you need to be in this for the longhall. It's like busybusy said in another thread earlier today it can take quite a few weeks to find something that pays well and is a good fit for you

Totally agree Jon, I know it's not overnight I just want a chance to get onto a web evaluation as I think will suit me best! I've got approx £30 from apps and mystery shopping which is fab but I would like regular hours of the other type of work.

Does anyone know, if I re-apply with a new email address will it work or do I have to be on a new IP address? I am moving house in May.
