Never have I used a social network with as many rules as twitter

I am currently blocked from following anyone new and I am not even sure why. Something about needing 2000 followers or something..

Either way I can do everything else it seems

I had this problem with one of my non-business accounts. You need more followers to be able to follow more people.
Solution = get more followers :

There's some great sites that help you remove people who aren't following you back - I find that helps with the ratio.
