Transcribe Work Audio bee - recording sentences

Well I messed up the first sample by accidentally sending a blank recording, so that probably puts me out of contention since there was no way to delete or redo it.

I just closed mine and started again, it wasn't picking up my voice for some reason.

Segmentation task looks loooong. Will see how I get on with the other one first.

I did the segmentation task yesterday and got a score of 10% but I got an email today saying that I passed the test and asking me if I was available for my training next week.

Does anyone know how much they pay for the segmentation tasks?

Probably not a lot if they throw 90% of your work back at you! I did notice they were very vague about payments.

Mine says 'send for rework' but there's no apparent way to do this. When I log in I'm directed to a black jobs page.

Same here. I have emailed to ask whether this means no work is available or none has been allocated and whether we will receive a notification when work is available or have to keep checking.

Maybe all the jobs were taken, I'm sure they'll get more in soon, I'm going to make sure I do the transcribing test too, I've passed the audio test for both English United Kingdom and English US though

I only have the Audio sample and Segmentation sample tests, will I get more?

You should do not sure when. I just got paid for the US speaking task through paypal so that was very fast!

They told me I’m pre approved and they will let me know when a job is ready, it’s been a few days.

The segmentation task.....what?! I dont know how I’m supposed to do that, a couple of squeaky non English speakers and I’m supposed to be able to differentiate between them? The YT video is crud, too. I mean, I’ll give it a go...

I faild the US speaking one, I presumed it's because I don't have an American accent, but clearly not

Still waiting for a reply to my resubmitted English ones. Not hopeful, it's been 3 days already.

The segmentation task is a pile of shit! I’ve listened to the Chinese(?) speakers 5 times, added 25 segments and no submit button has appeared so I can finish the damn task. Ive tried in safari and chrome. Any tips from seasoned pros please?

I couldn’t do it either. Wouldn’t work. Gave up. Just going to wait for the Audio job to come through and see if it’s worth doing.

It’s broken me! The 10 sample sentences wouldn’t work either so I’m giving up for now.

I do have a question however, I was paid yesterday for the us audio task and it doesn't show paid in the website and still able to open it.
Can you do it more than once?
