Oh that's annoying! I don't know what she's got against your husband. If there's another round, I'll definitely chase it up for him!

She said she's working on it yesterday. I think she might be waiting on the last people who got through to finish.

I just want her to reopen it and pay me $10 for every 3000 Johanthan does.

Yep, that's what I used. Ignored everything that wasn't required.

For Title on the MSA and SA, do you put 'Service Worker' or does it literally mean title as in Mr, Mrs etc.
And for the W-8BEN form, 'Country of incorporation or organization' would that mean the US as iSoftStone is based in the US? Plus whats the reference number?
And finally on the W-8BEN form, what do I put for 'Capacity in which acting'?
