Question / Discussion Big money whilst having fun?

Hey guys.

So bear with me on this one, but I'm wondering if you have any ideas, like the title says to make Big Money whilst having fun? (and hopefully fairly cheaply, quickish...and legally!)

I can come up with some creative ideas: Tshirt ideas, Kids Ebooks, etc.
It's far out there - but it can take just one amazing design/idea. (I totally get there is often a lot more to it)

I'm not fond of the marketing side of things. (I know).
I'm not thinking of earning millions (Would be nice), basically just enough to buy the right house.

Was trying to think outside the box a bit and even maybe put a ton of time in to hand making something really elaborate or interesting/shocking on Etsy.

No need to respond if you are offended by this question/idea. Totally get it seems a bit out there.bI just figured it's worth a go.

I get that it might seem a bit out there, but ' apparently' people DO make serious cash with things like YouTube Faceless etc (I know, I know!)

I came up with a really cheap invention idea for Amazon, but realize all the costs involved.

So any other creative ideas that fit the idea - Cheap/fun/creative Gladly welcomed!

I think it's possible to make money (or big money) whilst having fun. I did manage it years ago when I was a working poet (the money was very good), so it can be done.

I've moved away from poetry, but I still want to make a comfortable income via fun pursuits. (doing so via poetry isn't completely out of the picture; I might very well explore it again (but online) in some shape or form.)

What's fun varies from person to person, so you'd have to ask yourself what it is that you find fun to do, then see if you can monetise it. Maybe check out what other folks are doing that's similar to what you want to do and see how they monetise it.

(Then there's the work to be consistent, market/promote it, etc., no matter how fun it is. And that might take the fun out of it!)

Wow, I wouldn't have thought there would be money in poetry, congrats!

I'm trying to think of something where I can come up with an idea mostly offline. (Eyes are going crazy from all the screen time!)

I did write a few Christmas songs and sent them off, but got no response

I think I might stick to the T shirt ideas for now and try and capitalize on a trend with something witty and original. Here's hoping!
