depends really. If 1 or 2 of the horses are on the first day then not massively.

What happens if the horse in question does not run, or there is a rule 4 or whatever it is on the day?

I mean back at Betfair SPORTSBOOK and lay at Smarkets. You just do it as a normal bet

If the horse didn't run then both the back and lay bet would get refunded

Trust me to get it the wrong way around, thanks @Jon - so it is basically a normal bet at BFSB and lay at a different exchange.

Am I right in thinking there is no commission too as it is a BFSB bet + 0% commission at Sm if you have that set up?

yes your smarkets commission should be 0% if you have opted in for that via your matched betting company
