Question / Discussion Do you have to add a LinkedIn account to fully verify on Prolific?

I joined Prolific and missed out on three surveys , I had not added my phone number. I clicked on the highest paying survey and it said I have not verified my account. The only thing I have not done is add a LinkedIn account. I do not have one. The verify your account button is still showing. Do I have to sign up to LinkedIn?

So I got 2 studies but while I was completing one, the other one disappeared. Is that normal. How do you contact the prolific team?
