This seems a good way to make goals, so here goes:

June: SEO £100, SHD £0
July to date: SEO £0 (but 13 booked, need to get writing!), SHD £60

Need to write my articles, get my Pinterest site fully up, start a blog so I can validate Pinterest, and possibly try out for take note. Bake about 100 cookies and cupcakes, sew a dress, sew a baby outfit, and keep my toddler entertained. By Wednesday.

Maybe I should stop writing diary posts for now!

Last night didn't go too well. I managed 30 cookies and 1 SEO article.

Tonight I need to do at least 4 articles, ideally 6...

No cookies tonight, but I'm up to 5 of 13 articles, still haven't got my blog set up and haven't done much on my social media sites.

Off on a camping holiday on Thursday, may be taking a laptop and 3G dongle with me!

I tend to find that I get into the writing zone quite late in the evening, and once I'm there I just keep writing. Which means sessions from 11pm until 3am aren't unusual, especially when I've left my articles to the last minute

I wish I could do more normal hours, especially since my son will inevitably pick days when I was up until 3am to have a 7am start, but I find it really hard to settle into writing earlier in the evening.

Last night son didn't settle until 8, then I had dinner, got distracted by Facebook and chatting to husband overseas, finally settled into writing at about 10:30, gave up at 1am after 4 articles written because my cola ran out.

Last night didn't go entirely to plan.

I got my blog set up, organised an advertising campaign with one of my favorite baby groups, and wrote 2 and a half articles, then my toddler decided he needed mummy cuddles, and I fell asleep in bed with him (it's my bed too, we co-sleep, falling asleep in a toddler bed would make me much more grumpy this morning!)

So, 7 and a half of 13 done. More than half way at least! 5 and a half to do today, or I'm going to be typing them from a tent and wondering how on earth I'm going to get a recharge on the laptop.

I don't mind getting to bed at 3am when I've got my writing done, but toddlers waking up in the middle of the night and refusing to go back to sleep, or even play quietly while I keep writing, is just not on.

I don't even have time to write before we leave, frantic packing time

Ok, didn't make deadline for all the articles in spite of typing in a field, hopefully I'll still get some assigned next month.

MySurvey - pittance, but I nearly have enough for a coffee to cash out

Goals for next month - get the pinterest links up and running, do a lot more content for my blog and then try and stealth seed it into the wedding planning groups get the hartbeeps promo up and running, design and promote a charity locket for the neonatal unit at our local hospital, actually book some socials, get in touch with local businesses to start selling in their lunchtimes, start booking christmas gift fairs.

Feeling virtuous tonight. Lots of social media advertising, including to an NCT group. Sorted the links so my hartbeeps campaign can go ahead. Did a blog post on budget bridesmaid gifts (anyone here getting married? ), got the pin it link working on my blog. Might try and get a couple more blog posts written and ready to post while I'm in the mood and his highness is sleeping.

August turned into holiday and visiting month, so wasn't so great.

SEO £60, SHD £200

Goals for September - over £100 SEO, get everything running smoothly and start the pre-Christmas run with SHD, I'm targeting £500 commission this month!
