Hi Guys,

Can anyone help please? I'm in the middle of submitting my first Report (which took me far longer than I thought it would - hope I get quicker). I've managed right up to the end but I need to enter my Invoice Number? Where do I find this please?

If you login to the website on your laptop and submit it does it not show you all the details you need?

Well, it may well do - except I have almost complete my submission on my phone so I'm not sure I'll be able to view the details whilst I have it 'in process'. Sorry, yes it's Market Force. Off to have a look. I'm trying not to panic as my deadline is edging closer ...

Panic over! By 'Invoice Number' I've taken it they mean the 3 point till reference numbers. I've entered those and it has submitted successfully.

Note to self: use laptop or tablet next time.

Off to put my head in a bucket now lol.

MF don't always make these things obvious! That said, I quite like using the app (which I've only just discovered - has it been around a while?). Simple, clear and doesn't crash!

So... i have had Eyes On for about a year, for some reason i havent done a single job as yet, but, today decided to dive in, so it's a free meal and drinks this lunchtime... hopefully it all goes well, how is the report submission via the app? straight forward? Any tips???

@mabozza I find that Eyes On /Marketforce doesn't pay as well as some of the other mystery shoppers but the app is fairly straightforward and reports are mostly multiple choice and quick so its good for a free lunch, its one I use quite regularly and pays every 2 weeks and easy to track. Enjoy your lunch!

Thanks Jacquie.. Only ones i have is Market Force GBW and another one i cant remember but rarely get any job notifications on... Pay is a bit mince (£9.50 plus £5 pay) but only as i am off work on hols and nothing else happening thought i would give it a try... any better MS companies you recommend?

It is the app for Market Force Rev.. there is lots of tasks on it (mostly Greggs and Bookies) but the odd meal ones, booking another which is ten pin bowling plus meal for tomorrow £10 plus £20.. i like things in app form

Is payment paid out or held in your account on app.... Just spied a task at Pizza Express in Edinburgh on it... i am an absolute pizza NUT!... irresistible job

Sorry to jump in Mabozza hope you don't mind.. I've been using these guys for a while. If you login to your account on the MarketForce UK website you add your bank details there and they auto pay on the 10th and 25th (around those dates but I might not have exact).. It shows on the left hand side of home page when you are getting paid and how much.
I've noted sometimes more jobs on the website than app but they may have corrected that but worth keeping an eye..Weirdly I find website easier than their app.
Jobs also go up in payment and they add travel near the end date. My other half just did a NEXT mystery shop they paid £16 and £7.50 free shoes for my daughter. Handy for school!

Normally jobs accepted/rejected the day after submitted. Only mistake I ever made was forgetting to take a pic of front of store and check shops to left and right of store which was a pain but my fault for not reading questionnaire before leaving! Been with these guys for over a yr and regular work. I'm doing a Five Guys burger one today £7.50 and £10 towards meal. Can't beat free food! I often book jobs with these to top up in places I'm doing task apps. Si

They usually only email you if there are any queries with your report, its only happened to me a couple of times. If you log onto your account on a computer you will see that the payment is pending and it will move to a due to be paid date within a couple of days, usually quicker. Payment will be automatically paid to your bank every 2 weeks. The Wetherspoons are good, I sometimes pick up Greggs or Pret a Manger too. I'll send you a DM with other mystery shoppers that I use as not sure how much I can discuss in public!

Thanks i did fund that on the website version.. have been on it for well over a year.. get all those fee increased emails but for some reason had never done a task.. thats gonna change... had hooed to do a pizza express today but been out since 7am doing Roamler jobs (VERY profitable day) i prefer the app ..find the website a bit hard to navigate pkus in the app you get the different icons making it easy to weed out the decent ones... lots of tasks up here in Sconny Botland on it
