Right, my sister has set her wedding date which is 430 days away (August 13th 2016). My dress is being made so I'll probably be looking at getting measured from February so I need it all gone!
I'm fed up of it always being Monday and Monday never coming.
In theory, at 2lbs a week I could be 8 stone lighter (a little too much) by that date but accounting for Xmas etc I should be at a healthy weight by the beginning of February.
I know there are a few people on here who are watching what they eat, needing to drop a few for whatever reason so this is a new thread for you! We can do this, lets shed the pounds while making the pounds
I'm going to think long and hard over the weekend about my personal plan of action but I know I will be doing DDP Yoga and reintroducing my skipping rope from Monday.
