Trying to get myself back in the blogging game. Have wrote 2 posts in about 3 weeks, because I had lots of content scheduled, and need to get back on track now as Thomas has 3 days off so I can write most of the day Thursday and tonight!

Yeah that's how I've felt about work this week. It's been VERY start/stop a lot of the time!!

Must be nice to have 3 days off lol

My money earning has gone out of the window
Trying to organise buying a house while working 2 jobs a day is time consuming, I'm lucky if I can get a crappy 40p survey in before I go to bed, just to get up and do it all over again.

On the plus side, if the house sale goes through ill then be free to start up matched betting

Finally back to going to watch Leeds Rhinos play in the SuperLeague tonight.

We've got season tickets but the first home game last week got cancelled because of the snow and then i thought tonights game might get cancelled as well.

Best thing about going is the half time 'chicken in a basket' food!

@Cas

I see in your status update that you've been suffering from Hayfever.

I used to get that SOMETHING WROTTEN from March onwards but in the last few years I've been OK.

I used to get the full deal. Swollen face, eyes like razer blades etc. Used to HATE going outside!!

Ended up on so many meds from the doctor each year + 2 inhalers

I don't miss all that!!!

My eyes are so puffy i can barely see the computer screen.

How did you get rid of it?

Well it's not that I got rid of it it's that I am allegic to a certain type of grass / free pollen and if that pollen isn't blowing around the UK then I don't get it.

On the years that I did I would go straight the doctors and would literally have a LUNCHBOX of meds to take to work each day. Think I had 3 different tablets + eye drops + nose thing + the 2 inhalers.

The Facebook data exploit is pretty shocking I think and I’m glad I barely use the thing!

Facebook and a US data firm, Cambridge Analytica, have been accused of "misleading" Parliament.
The Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee said both firms must answer more questions over claims that details from 50 million profiles were gathered without consent.

Washington Post reporter Hamza Shaban: Facebook insists that the Cambridge Analytica debacle wasn't a data breach, but a "violation" by a third party app that abused user data. This offloading of responsibility says a lot about Facebook's approach to our privacy.

This is what you get when everyone is uploading their entire life to a 3rd party social network I guess. All the trust has to be on their side!!

I guess its another reason for why the GDPR law is coming in in May

Isn't it to do with them taking the data of users who have opted in to use the app but also then getting their friends data when their friends haven't decided to lock down their accounts.

Then, CA decided to keep that data after facebook told them to delete it.

GDPR can give companies huge fines, but that doesn't help the people once their data has leaked.
