Soooo I had done the 2 introductory bets and then due to needing to pay a bill I had to withdraw all the money soooo instead of being defeated and feeling frustrated, today I pawned some jewellery and so tonight when I get home from work I will be starting my matched betting journey in earnest.

Wish me luck everybody. I would have still been wallowing in self pity if it wasn’t for all of you on here inspiring me

Good luck! I think I’m one of many starting this new year in the same way as you! I’m taking it slow and already had some of the accounts so I’m just 40 up so far, still it’s 40 I wouldn’t have had otherwise and that’s what counts!

Good luck with the matched betting but honestly you shouldn't be pawning things to matched bet. It's not a great idea.

Hope you’re doing ok @tinker0159. Just really concentrate when you’re placing those bets. And agree with @katykicker not great position to be pawning things so hope you get some success so that’s soon a thing of the past. Sending you good vibes x

Good luck with this. Remember you can take it slow, your bankroll will gradually build up and you can then do and earn more, but don't overstretch yourself. Even £30 enables you to do a small intro offer and start.

Fingers crossed for you I feel bad that you have had to Pawn stuff to start. I am only starting because I got a bit of spare cash from a ppi claim.
