I finally reached the £25 payout threshold with them a few days ago which has taken me over a year so far. I have completed 50 surveys in all that time.

I went to request my first payout a few days ago and in the reward section it comes up with the following

Sorry! Changes related to prize fulfillment have been made to your profile data. An email has been sent to the registered email address confirming these changes. Please check your email for the confirmation link. Once you have confirmed these changes, you will be able to redeem your rewards. If you did not request a change to your account, please contact our helpdesk.

I checked my inbox and my spam but there is nothing there so I emailed them but they never got back to me.

I was hoping once I had been paid that I could close my account but I'm frustrated that I won't ever see anything for the surveys I have wasted my time on as I think it's obvious they are not going to pay me.

How odd! I cashed out about a year ago with no problems and have about £1.50 to go til the next. I've never tried to contact them with a problem, so can't help there. Have you been receiving survey notifications OK? Just a thought that maybe the email that they have may be wrong for some reason, or maybe it has been blocked by your email client because they think that it is spam, even when it isn't. I hope that you get it sorted it out!

*Edit* just checked them out on survey police and other people are reporting problems too including their account being closed when they have enough to redeem, and no response from the help desk - ho-hum!

Thanks for your reply. My email is definitely correct.. I have been receiving numerous survey invites from them every day.

I hope you get your cashout OK.

I think we might have been posting at the same time. Did you see my edit? I think maybe once I've cashed out, I will leave too, looking at the comments on survey police. :(

I just saw it thanks. Oh no, really hoping you get yours OK. I looked on there about opinionworld as I posted on here with problems the other week and they are going down the toilet in the same way

Yep, Opinionworld is going downhill too. I've had no paying surveys since April last year - they have all been charity ones, which I won't do! It looks like I won't be able to cash out and run on that one.

I stopped using them as my last reward took literally months to arrive and they were just ignoring me.

Oh, so do not waste more time? I get cashout twice, and get money instant, now I have around £10 :( still more than half to go.

very strange, I've cashed out once and it was instant.. and it only took me about 2 weeks to get to £25. I'm about halfway towards my second payout - taken much longer this time.

I've been with them for 3+ years and never had an issue with getting payments.

Opinionworld used to be AMAZING! Then overnight they just seemed to switch off all paid surveys, I was gutted as I was getting an easy £10 every week for years from them :( I gave up on OnePoll after my first cash out because they cut all surveys just before I reached the cash out amount and left me that way for weeks. I guess they do it when they are having cash flow problems, but I didn't trust them after that...

OnePoll still do that, but I usually fire off an email telling them and they credit my account with the 5p to take me over the threshold so that I can cash out, then hey presto, the surveys start rolling in again.

I usually cash out every month, and paid instantly. Hope there is no issues as its an easy £25 per month for me.
I haven't used opinion world in over a year though.

I started with them in November. The first week I had quite a few surveys but since then there are never any available.
