I know this is a long shot, but where can you get decent help for a utility company ie British Gas. Their customer services seem to be all over the place with my account and aren't acting very logically or professionally. Nutshell is they seem to think I have consumed a vast amount of electricity but can't be clear about how they've measured this or even what I owe them. I am trying to deal with them amicably and pay a minimum amount but they want to take the whole lot and anyone I speak or write to has atrocious English. Know it's not the forte of this forum but would really appreciate someone savvy and knows the secret password to someone in the company who knows what they're on about?? I won't tell anyone promise!
