Update: yeah, you don't need to buy their home insurance to get a referral code yourself (see T&Cs), but you can only make mutal cash once someone signs up using your code. Hiro has been mentioned on the shed before, so it has been kicking around, trying to build it self up. I guess if you manage to get a decent quote, it may be worth it getting the insurance.
