I want to be a Senior Phoenix Trader

I have set myself a goal to achieve the status of Senior Phoenix Trader by the end of October 2014. I need to accumulate 1000 bonus points. For each product sold it has a bonus value. Usually 60% less of the retail price.
So far I have 278 points, so still a long way to go. I also need at least two people in my team each achieving 150 bonus points in a four week period. I have four in my team so far but none are active at the moment.

How do you plan to recruit more people?

What's your best way to doing that?

That's where I need to improve on Jon, I need to read up and get active with the sponsoring. The company provide Freepost cards that I can hand out or put through letter boxes. People just fill in their contact details and free post the card to Head Office, they send them a free information pack in the post.

My sister in law in Bonnie Scotland has just messaged me on Facebook with a £14 order. I have received orders in the post, picked up locally, by e-mail, Twitter and Facebook!

what are these bonus points and what do get when you reach 1000?

I guess you could relate bonus point to collecting nectar points. Every time you shop at Sainsbury's you are awarded nectar points based on the items you bought. With Phoenix Trading I collect bonus points based on the items that I have sold. The Company pay out a bonus based on the points collected.
If I achieve 1000 bonus points in one month, which is my target for October, I will get £150, this is an extra payment alongside the commission I earn, and any extra bonuses based on what my team does.

Yes all going good thanks, received a phone call from Phoenix Trading HQ, congratulating me on a successful month and letting me know how close I am to achieving promotion to senior trader.
This is the link to my website, but I ask people now to message me their order rather than on the website as their is a set delivery charge of £3.60. Order through me I charge £1.20, or free delivery if order £20 or more. Pay via online banking or via paypal.
