I have had two panels come up in my emails today and I have been declined on both because I have participated in a user testing in the last three months.

I hope this doesn't continue :(

That’s quite normal in focus groups - they like to use people with a 6month gap

I've recently signed up to Intellizoom and I'm yet to qualify for a study.

Not really sure what to expect - is it more like surveys or more like Respondent? Or neither? I can see from the monthly challenge that people are earning a bit through it and was wondering if anyone could share their experience?

Usually very quick $1 surveys, sometimes $5 ones which are usually very good value.

So there are two types of study, a $5 and an $8

The $5 is a "card sort" 99% of the time in which you are given a bunch of words which you drag and drop into groups (that you sometimes name, but sometimes suggestions are provided for you. As an example, you may get words like "Help", "Account Info", "My Details", "Contact us" and then you would drag that to a group called "My Account" or whatever. You are then asked if you found any word difficult to categories.

The $8 ones are very varied. You normally need a mic and are sent to a webpage on desktop or phone and you are given a task, such as "Find out where <Fridge X> is" and they record your screen to see how easily you completed this task - you might then have a few questions after. In one study you seen to get between 4 and 8 tasks, they are always related, but not always sequential (as in, in the fridge example, it might then be "now find this fridge" or it might be "go through the process of buying the fridge")

Cheers guys, that sounds a bit different, but pretty straightforward. Now I just hope I qualify for one of those. I've had a few invites so far but screened out :(

I can't get started as it keeps telling me I need to link my PayPal account to my intellizoom account. I thought I had! If anyone can simplify for me.
