are there any up to date lists online of free cashback opportunities? Quidco, Topcashback and the likes

I remember in 2008 I found a Quidco comprehensive free cashback list on the green site forum and it was very useful, a couple of days of registering to all the offer and I think I got up to £100 or more if I remember correctly! but these offers come and go, so just asking if there's any up to date list out there?

I have been on Quidco a lot recently to try and get the extra Christmas bonuses. When I was doing the tasks for this I found out they now have an app for Chrome that gives you a pop up if you go onto a site that you can get cashback on. Well worth downloading.
