Finally took the plunge and placed my first bet with Paddy Power & BetFair ( Using YesBets ) for the Tottenham and Bournemouth football game. Some of you may know that I made mistake when I did the coral offer because I didn't realize you had to have money in your betfair account lol Silly me. Well, I'm back to it. Going through a break at the moment ( he left me for his ex ) and just trying to focus on something to get me through it, thought this would be a good time to get back on it.
Hopefully, I can make some decent money for a change. I really want to save for a deposit and move from where I am as it's not the best of areas, plus I'd love a garden for my daughter to play in. I'll soon be working as a cover teacher, so that should help too. Sick of being in a rut as it's getting me down.

Good Luck you'll find lots of help on here you just have to ask!! I made loads of mistakes (and still do) but managed to break through the £2,000 barrier this week after 4 months of really not trying and only stuck at in the last month or so. I went through highs and lows and at one point thought "This isn't working" but just stick with it go slow and its all worth wile.

One other thing keep a record of everything and when you see that profit figure go up its a great buzz lol

Yeah I expect for it to be like that, especially if you're not that familiar with betting. I haven't yet started my new job so I have some time to spare , and even then, I'ts part-time. It's good to see that people are still making money from this.

Ok , So I totally forgot that I had placed a random bet with paddy power yonks ago and so my free bet was given to me bk then...not now. I've not made any loss, so have withdrawn it. Just got to wait a few days now which is a pain but just glad i got money back. I'll get there! lol

I'm just beginning too. Mind you, this is my 3rd week (I think), but when I look at the MB thread and how fast that goes I feel very much as though I haven't a flippin' clue!

Just trust that if you go slow at the beginning, learn from your mistakes and be persistent you'll get there.

The frustrating bit is when you win into the bookies and you have to wait for the money to get back to your bank account before you can bet again. Slow and steady, that's the way.

I'm doing PureProfits Skybet offer now and just waiting for the 15 quid to go back into my account from Paddy Power. I managed to be a tenner better off yesterday anyway. The match isn't until Friday, so will have to wait till then. I'll join Profit Accumulator once Ive got the hang of it. Yeah, It's a slow process but sure it's worth it.

So I place 10 quid for them to draw ? Why are the odd high? Its currently saying to bet with these odds but i thought you would back the bet with lower odds? Im so confused its unreal. I've already betted a tenner by mistake on the exchange , not 10.32. Making a mess of it already. Im finding it so hard to understand odds , especially when they dont match up to what the site is saying. Im using freebet4all site because i need to do free trials before i pay any type of membership fee. Im making so many mistakes and not made any money yet. Help.

Hi Toffee, probably a bit late for you now but if you have any problems I find it quicker to give someone a shout on the MB thread, there's always someone on there.

How did you get on in the end? Has the match finished yet?

I found when I make mistakes or something doesn't match in the exchange it's just easier to take a small loss and cash out, then you can redo the bet/lay correctly. At the beginning, the only way I could remember what to do was by colour, blue to back, pink to lay.

I joined PA and did the betsafe offer. Only made 4.50 profit. Think it's going to be a slow one for me. Do some of you do more than one offer at a time?

Not at first because I just didn't have the money to keep in the exchange and have bet money tied up too. This is my 4th week and from my regular income I've managed to put £400 'float' which is mainly in the exchange. Then my profit money (which is nearly £300) is available for sign ups and bank. I think to get the most of MB, the idea is to build up to a £2000 'float', then you can do offers and reloads and probably a bit of mug betting at the same time.

It's slow to start but you'll get there ;D

Starting very slow but i'm getting there. Aiming to build up my betfair balance over the next couple of months, then will hopefully move on to the big boy bets. I'm currently doing the unibet at the moment, so looking forward to those winnings. Just annoying how long it takes moving money about. I'd like to place bets daily but just dont have the funds for it.

Just over £55 profit for me from 4 signups so far. Lots to go, taking it slow as I need to recycle the cash through my account out to other bookies. Been a while since I updated this. I've done most of the straight forward sign ups now, so making a move to reloads. I got lucky on the betfair slot refund offer today and managed to make £60! Trying to look into other money making sources but to be fair this is by far the easiest way.
