MB from abroad.

Hi everyone. My first question so be kind please!

I'm getting the hang of the MB slowly but surely and I'm in the UK now BUT.....
next year I want to retire to Spain and it would be great if I could still rely on MB to bring in
some much needed extra funds. Question is......I'm getting conflicting advice from friends
in Spain, some say 'yes no problem, we bet online'.....others say 'no you get blocked when it's detected you are
in Spain' ( where there is NO betting) . Some suggest downloading a VPN to 'hide' your location, which I can do IF it works.

Does anybody have the definitive answer, anybody done it from Spain, doing it now from Spain and know from personal experience.

Sorry i haven't done it myself , but i heard that VPN is the only way to achieve this.

I would book a flight and try , if your serious about it .

I have holidayed in france x2 and Greece and used VPN which worked fine on my smartphone but it wouldn’t let me use apps so had to use the website version of bookie sites/exchanges. If you google VPN then you may find some free trial ones, but I think most do command a fee, albeit not that much from memory. I guess it’s like having your monthly PA / Oddsmonkey subscription in that it’s worth it for long term gains...

As long as you use a VPN you should be fine. Oh and your bank accounts needs to be UK based (which I assume they will be!)

I've VPN'd in when I've been on holiday in the USA - I use Browsec which also has a Chrome Extension so you can easily flip it on and off and change locations.

As I use it so rarely I use the free version which has limited locations and is pretty slow but get-byable for odd one off situations. I think it's something like $3.99 or $4.99 per month if you want something faster.
