after you have earned the £20 a few times, they close or ban your account and don't reply to your messages.

I experienced this recently. Tried to claim my weekly point but my account was locked. Support said I can't participate any more.
Ah, well it was £100 odd that I didn't have to earn.
(Although slightly miffed to find out that some people get 2 points per week)

I have had this message so I emailed asking them if I should remove the App and they it was a problem with iOS users and my account would be unlocked, except it hasn't so far. I've had the software since March, quite enjoyed the £20 now and then but all good things come to an end!
