Mine seems ok. Are you sure that you're accessing the right country's site? I only ask because I couldn't log into a survey site last week and it turned out I was trying to log into the US site instead of the UK one.

hi, i was wondering what others do....
if you are doing mystery shopping, surveys, website reviews etc (you all know the drill) and is self employed....what do you choose when completing surveys when they ask what your job is? you know from the typical drop down options thats always there...i just never know what to choose. also is mystery shopping classed as market research? guess so but then it kicks you out of most surveys...? help :)

I have a real online job too, which is management, so I use that. That gets me into lots of surveys, that and a high household income.

[member=1984]carinedp[/member] if you have no other business or work you do that you can use for surveys then the way to get around it is so use the category 'Homemaker or something similar. You will only get screened out if you use any category like Market Research. If you do any other type of Self Employment or part time job then use that for classification purposes.

One advantage with surveys is that you can dip in and out out of them as and when you have the time.
Sounds like you will be OK with surveys and will do well out of them if you have a high household income to quote. :)

Survey Network I tried but was not a good earner for me. Just a case of trying different survey sites to see what works well for you personally.

I've always assumed that a high household income plus my age (mid 50s) was what got me kicked out of surveys so often! I used to do YouGov years ago but only ever got the monthly/quarterly brand awareness ones so gave up. GTM's been not to bad, screen-outs seem to come in fits and starts, but PopulusLive is just constant screen-outs for me.

We are mid 20s, into tech, mid range car + cheaper car, a few hobbies, high income, etc etc. Seems to be good demographics. Sure one day it will miraculously change, as these things always do don't they!

I have an online job I work 25 hours per week. I am classed as employed for that rather than self-employed, so all my other earnings I mention here are on top of that.

Rubbish! I also get bombarded with surveys and hardly ever qualify. I'm going to bin this site as soon as I have enough to cash out
