Newvistalive not crediting surveys

I've rarely had any problems with newvistalive over the years but over the last few weeks I have been having problems with them. The main problem is surveys not crediting. I will email them but never get a reply back. Sometimes they credit me; sometimes they don't.

I've lost out on £4 worth of points over the last fortnight because they haven't credited to my account. They have ignored my emails too. With all the probs I'm having with survey sites recently; I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth the bother!

Has anyone else had problems with their surveys getting credited on newvistalive recently or am I just unlucky again? They did change their website a few days ago, I'm wondering if that is the cause of non crediting surveys :(

They are very unreachable and keep you on the edge with crediting. However, at the beginning of a new month I have been paid for missing credits without contacting them. Those payments normally have reference "manual adjustment" They are really not very good with their customer service and site layout.

Every single month on the 1st they do manual adjustments. Some surveys will credit then, hopefully the £4 you're waiting for.

I had a look back and it has been this way for at least a couple of years now with some crediting through the month and some manual adjustments on the 1st.

Hi there, am the same with newvista been stuck on 3700 pts for a while. Not been paid as well for about 2-3 weeks with a total of 400-500 pts. Emailed them a couple of times and gave them details of the surveys but nothing been done to rectify this. A bit disappointed with it as I do enjoy the site but have stopped doing them for the time being. Puts me off joining these high pay out sites as am close to my £50 pay off and will be well hacked off if I can't reach it. Fingers crossed it gets sorted!!!

I'd suggest waiting until after the 1st and then see if you're short.

Also, the high pay out sites (YouGov, PopulusLive etc) don't have the same sort of issues as Newvistalive who are high paying but low earning now, they pay pennies for most of their surveys. So little that I barely do them now.

Thanks so much for your replies everyone. Good to see it's not just me so hopefully they will sort my balance out next month. I really hope so. I've never noticed them doing that before. If they sort them out, it will put me over the threshold for my next payment so am keeping my fingers crossed! What a shame their customer service is lacking but I find it's the same with many sites :(

The above is why I too now rarely look to NVL anymore.

Just checked today and I have been credited for 2 surveys I did on the 12th and 15th of march so they must be slowly catching up!!!

I usually find some of the surveys take awhile to be added to my Account. I do clear my cookies etc regularly so that seems to help.
Not that I get that many through still I find the ones I get are well paid.
PopulisLive Surveys is my top favourite though.

I checked and haven't had any surveys credited for the last two weeks, but as I'm lazy and never check normally, I couldn't tell you if this is normal or not - not to self, must check more often ;)

Guys just got an email off them and they said they have now completed there new site and points should be updated. Just checked mine and there right, got all my points I was owed so happy days!!!!

Yes just had that e-mail too.
Though I thought I wasn't missing any points I have just checked my Account and have had quite a few points added looks like it wasn't enough points for the ones I did do as they have all had more points added to them. So a bonus I wasn't expecting!
Good not long until payout now!

I saw the email too and noticed my points are now minus 5000 although there is no mention of this in my history. I hope it means my £50 payment is on its way but I've not had any email from them letting me know they have taken these points out ready to start the processing.
