I'm finding it great. I can work on it whenever I want to and they provide a bunch of training and help. I would have liked to have done more this month but ended up a lot busier than expected.

I'd recommend others to try sign up to it, but obviously it appears to be luck if you get picked or not.

As far as I'm aware, no set length of time.
I know they do reviews of your work when you are wanting to apply for a different section of work with them, I think they only do the odd review other than that.

Oh I try to have as many things going although my bank account probably looks weird with all these small payments coming in. I haven't worked hard enough this month though and won't reach my target but nevermind. Next month it is!
