What the hell? I signed up to McBookie and have literally only just completed the welcome and got an email saying not eligible for any further bonuses! I’m getting a complex. No one else uses my computer. ‍♀️
Did you check that link I posted? Are you in Scotland - I thought they only allowed punters from Scotland? If yes to those two then have you checked who owns them and if they are affiliated to one of the bookies that gubbed you.

I live in a semi detached house in Scotland. I read the link but nothing came up on the search - on laptop or my phone. I now can’t use 365, WH, Lads, McBookie and PP. The last four all over last couple of days!

Is anyone doing the pre season offers on outrights for the prem league? I had decided not to because I didn't want to tie up money on the exchange for so long, but the netbet one looks tempting. Bet £20 on top goalscorer and get £2 bet every time they score. Kane scored 30 last season so that's a tasty £60 in free bets if he can repeat that. The only worry is if the chosen player gets injured early on and misses the rest of the season.

Question is should I back and lay now (when the odds are quite far apart) wait until the first few matches have played out - you have until end sept to get the bets on, or back now and risk laying later when the odds have hopefully dropped.

PA has a thread showing which bookies are owned by the same company (OM probably has one too), but as far as I can see, none of the ones that have canned you belong to the same group. It's a weird one, this.

My first gubbing was exactly the same as your most recent one though. Email dropped the second I finished the welcome offer!

I have done Kane for one but he does tend to have a slow start. I will do a few others to spread the chances as a few sites seem to be doing them.

I found it on my PC early on in my MB 'career' soon after a couple of 'unexpected' gubbings. I got rid of it, have Ghostery installed on all browsers and have it blocked in my hosts file. I haven't had any 'unexpected' gubbings since.

I'm very much undecided on this also. I have been doing MB on & off for nearly 7 years & read so much about it, especially in connection with Coral gubbings but no proof has ever been found from what I have seen.

I'm back for more advice from you experienced MB'ers. I've received an email from Corals with an offer of a $20 free bet on virtual sports. As I can't see how this can be laid off I can't see how I can use this as a matched bet. Is this an offer to ignore or is there a technique for laying off the initial bet?

You can't lay virtual sports but sometimes these offers are still worth doing if you want to take a punt on it, as you are still getting a free bet. What is the offer exactly? If it's a straight forward £20 free bet they have given you for virtuals then might as well take it as you have nothing to lose.

The details are:
  • Place a bet of at least £1 at odds of evens (2.0) or greater on any scheduled Virtual Sports event.
  • Win or lose, you’ll receive a matched free bet up to £20 to use on Virtual Sports instant

Is it place a £1 bet for a £20 free bet? Tidy!

You can't lay the £1 bet, just stick it on virtual sports at odds close to 2.0.

Can you split the £20 free bet up into smaller bets, eg 10 x £2?

These are a "Matched Bet", so the same amount as has been bet. As these are 'virtual' then there is no way to lay off or even predict the result. There is no real difference from a buy one scratch card get another free offer.

Ah sounded too good to be true.

I've done a few offers with Betfred, bet £50 on virtual sports for a £25 free bet. The free bet was a normal one though not virtual.
