just to help anyone doing this

when you go to use the autospin click advanced options or whatever it's called in that box and there is an option to turn off disabling the autospin if you hot a bonus round

Done the first 2 free offers on profit accumulator, and I'm £42 up, so I must've done it right. I still haven't got a clue what half of it means, and had a panic when I checked my betfair account as I obviously checked it too soon and it hadn't fully updated, so I thought I'd made a massive loss, but all good now.

So is the next step to open an account with Profit Accumulator? Are the other offers as easy to do as the first 2, or does it get more complicated? I'm not sure I'm ready for more complicated yet!!

[member=1]Jon[/member] See you haven't worked out how to post smaller screenshots yet, ha ha!

Don't know anything about Macs but wondered if you needed to change the type if it is bmp to a jpeg or if you can edit the size first via Edit or something similar. Will try and look into it when I get more time after the weekend.

Back to MB'ing - I need to place a £30 FB with Unibet and would like it to lose to the Exchange if possible to avoid having to do a further 2 x £30 bets. I use 1 X 2 bets (home, draw, away).
Are certain types more likely to lose? I am looking for odds around 4-5 if possible.

Thanks :)

Well done, [member=4382]Citaborca[/member] I have just finished my first month at Profit Accumulator. There are quite a few Beginner offers, and they are similar to the Coral and Betfred ones. You can always ask on here if you get stuck as they will slowly progress as you go along.
If you are not sure of any, you can always skip them and go back to them at a later date.

They set them out, so as to learn as you go along.

I applied for the one month membership, to see how I got along with it. I intend to try the OddsMonkey trial next, before deciding which one I go for. Good luck :)

[member=1]Jon[/member] You might need to alter the size or image type before you upload it to imgur then? What is it set at, at the moment?
I would have thought it would be altered at imgur first but perhaps not. I've only used tinypic in the past. They have different links to copy and paste into your message, depending on where you want to add it. Perhaps you need to select a different option in imgur, if they have them?

Well done [member=4382]Citaborca[/member] - I would open an account with Profit Accumulator, pay for a month and then if you decide that matched betting is not for you then you can cancel after a month and there's no obligation to continue. There are many offers that are as straightforward as the first two but then there are more complicated ones too...the idea is to get all of the easy ones done first (they are organised into beginner and advanced on PA anyway!) and then by the time you get to the advanced ones you should have had plenty of experience and feel more comfortable that you know what you're doing :)

[member=4097]Darksideofthemoon[/member] Something we all want! Hate it when wins all go in the bookies, which for me always seems happens for several bets all at once even when they're on different events ::) . I like to find a game where there is a clearish favourite and then bet on the draw, not always bound to win into the exchange but somehow I prefer to back a draw. The draw for the Leicester game tomorrow is 4.6, Arsenal game is 4.4,
both on Smarkets.

I'm not a football fan so generally I check with my other half for advice on who is likely to lose.

Yes, I agree with Uhhhhh . I would add that you need to remember to cancel your monthly membership if it is set up with Paypal (don't know about others) otherwise it continues. I put a reminder on my phone for a couple of days before then.

[member=2431]Uhhhhh[/member] I only managed to do a couple of the advanced offers (and most of the beginner offers) before my month ran out (had delays due to computer problems). Do you know if Odds Monkey has the same offers, and if so, would I just skip to the Advanced section?
I am going to do a trial with them, when I know that I have more time for it (selling house at moment).

Thanks :)

Thanks, [member=2431]Uhhhhh[/member] I know it is not an easy question, or answer :) Up to now most of my bets have been on the Draw option as they tend to be the higher odds - needed for the 'around 4.0 odds' that PA suggest for free bets.
In fact a lot of them seem to be around 3.5 - 4 odds, so I've not made quite as much as they suggest at times, still profit is profit :)

Will look at your suggestion, thanks

OMG, just done my first treble bet with the 888Sports beginner offer. Had problems putting money into my account and ended up wasting a lot of time before it finally worked by going through Internet Explorer.

Just about managed to work out what I had to do and got my bet set up and went to place it at the bookies but it was saying on the betting slip that the odds had changed, so cancelled it.
Kept checking but it was 1-2 minutes before it showed and I was able to put the bet on. Went immediately to Betfair and it was showing as Unmatched (luckily I noticed and did not place it).
On checking, the odds had changed there too, from 3.9 to 3.95. Had a hair-raising scramble to re-calculate and place the lay bet quickly.

Phew!

Well done you for getting it sorted! Look at it this way...next time it happens you'll not even break a sweat, you'll know exactly how to fix it and get straight on it ;D

No, it usually takes me 2 or 3 goes for anything to sink in, ha ha!

I was panicking more because I initially thought I had to re-calculate for the treble as well but luckily it was just the LayBet part :)

A lot of the MB services say to aim to get 80% return on a free bet, but if I get 65-75% then I'm happy. Slightly less profit vs. longevity of accounts.

If you want to get a bit more profit from your free bets then downloading a multiples spreadsheet and using free bets on two or three fold accas is a good idea.

Does anyone have Brentford for GMM?

888sport gave me a £10fb when they only got one goal on Wednesday. I've shoved it on the Chelsea game tonight before they notice! Stake returned because of the after 88th minute goal and now this, so that's a £35 free bet for one game. Niiice.
