Bet&Spin offer - a quick question. So I spinned and got a 1.5. Odd was 2.38 and it now shows as 2.38 x 1.50 , I assume my new back odd is 3.07 then?

Yes. You take off 1 then x 1.5 then add the 1 back on. The stake is 90% of the original amount though, so that needs taking into account as well.

I got another 2x today, I think I've used up the next few years good luck on these now!

I just multiplied 2.38 by 1.50! Yeh sorted the stake bit. thanks!

That is one advantage to the lay all method, the liability is much lower. My total liability on all legs for a 5-fold £10 acca is £16.

The lock in method is different to the lay all method. With the lay all method you can end up with some huge wins, generally it is only the 1 lose case (when you get the refund) where you actually make a loss, in all other situations you make a profit.

That 1 lose value is including the profit you should make from the free bet at 80% retention.

Have you done any using the lay all method yet?

I am quite tempted...

I've got one on at the moment, probably going to stick a couple more on this weekend.

The reason I'm almost always going to go for this method is because I have almost forgotten to lay parts of free bet accas before, and don't want to risk losing lots of money if I forget to lay one part of the acca.

Well after my £68 win from free spins yesterday - wake up to find that I won £167 on bingo last night & only £53 left to wager - so over £100 due on that one & in another offer - currently on another offer have a balance of £177 with £200 to wager so fingers crossed will get something out of that as well (some big wins so far on that one - £111 & £90) so hoping for a good weekend!

EDIT: I really need to get my eyes tested - the £167 was actually £1.67 - missed seeing the . ;D

Hey - has anyone done any Accas when the odds have drifted a lot from your original selection? E.g when you placed the Acca one or two of your legs have changed a fair bit when you have to lay them, essential making your qualifying loss greater?

In almost every situation I've seen the QL get worse, however in the same way I've had the odds drift in my favour once or twice before and make me even more money.
