I'm stuck in a loop tonight trying to access the studies for Perception and Attitudes Part 2.

It says I have unknown eligibility, answer more pre-screening questions, which I have filled them all in already. So then I click Select This Study, then on the study page I click Start Now, and it brings me back to the first page again.

Does this mean I'm ineligible?

I'm still getting the same thing at 22: 45. I'm not eligible but the two studies are showing as unknown eligibility and asking me to fill in further questions (but I already completed all the questions).

I'm now getting exactly the same.

Do PA think it is site-wide? Strange that we are all getting the same thing.

I still have those two Perceptions and Attitudes: Part 2 of a 2-part Studies coming up as "eligibility unknown". I think it may be to do with needing to have completed Part 1 of the study in order to be eligible but maybe there is no way they can properly screen for that so it just says "eligibility unknown".

I managed to get one other study today though that showed up as "eligible".

before there used to be no connection between 'company offering work' and 'people looking for work' there as no neutral platform for the two to chat and assist each other

The site seems normal again.

I just did a study and now my "studies" page is showing that I'm not eligible for any studies (which is what it's usually like until a study comes along)

I have a study showing as eligible, I click on select study, the page loads, but then when I click on start now, it goes back to studies page with the same study showing - but this time with a pink bar above the words available studies.

I have managed to do 1 study today however and the ineligible ones have disappeared (thanks Phelim and all at PA)

Hi PA,

Many thanks and I confirm the ineligible studies have now disappeared, however the study that is showing eligible is now showing this message "Sorry, an unknown error occured. Please try again. If the problem persists please get in touch by clicking "contact us" after clicking on 'start now' - I did note that the study will only take 4 participants at a time, so wonder if that is causing an issue?
