We have all been there, pretty sure when I first joined I was sat with one invite while Jon was bragging about his 100000000000million invites ;) They will come, don't worry.

Oh so he does it all the time :p

Oh yes, for as long as I've been a member at least ;)

What are the delivery charges?
Is there a charge for returns?

It doesn't really matter what you ask - you could even just pick the first question on their FAQ section.

The mobile ones are taking me about 15 mins but the website ones are taking longer with the amount of detail and phone calls, maybe I am being too thorough, I will learn no doubt :)

Hi guys... been lurking for a while now and looking for some help if that's ok?

Probably a dim question but I've signed up with these guys and got the Assessment survey but I'm a little confused - it asks me questions like speed of loading, site security etc, but no site specified. Am I meant to do it on a site of my choosing, or am I overlooking something?

I've been allocated 20 surveys! I also have purchase & refunds... This is my first time doing them so don't know what to expect. Is it best to do them as soon as possible? My deadline is 21 December.. I don't want to wait that long but I'm so busy at the moment ::)

And does it specify anywhere what you should buy? I couldn't see that!

You can buy whatever you want

If you can find an item for 50p and find a free postage code on the Internet then use that as you get paid the same amount of money for a purchase from edig no matter what you buy

I've just had to email them and tell them I can't do a purchase/refund for a supermarket. They have a minimum £60 spend for delivery or £40 for click and collect and there isn't one close enough to me for it to be worth my while :(

Yes you do have to take things like supermarket minimum spend into consideration. I haven't accepted any this time because of that, but in the past I have just ordered a kettle or something like that, had a look at it at the door when it arrives, then say that I've changed my mind, so it goes back straight away. Totally annoys the driver, but it's done.

Can someone tell me how they send payments? Is it Paypal? Or can we use bank transfer?

With the email query, I got a response asking me to provide:

full name
address
telephone number
date of birth

before they could proceed with my question - this happened with two already. Anyone got round that without having to give all that info?.....
