OK, so I go my iPhone :) and downloaded this app this morning. I've done the T&C's task. From reading the thread it seems that jobs come and go in your local area but I can't see any at all anywhere across the country at the moment - is this normal?

Thanks in advance :)

Have you tried setting the distance to within 90 miles? If so, your account might need activating.

Head over to their Facebook post or email them from the app, they're pretty good at responding.

Hi Hook, thanks for your reply - seems to be OK, some jobs on there now. Perhaps the T&C's job hadn't been accepted or something despite what it said.

They manually approve jobs - you can see whether it has been accepted in the statistics tab.

There's a difference between a job being submitted and approved :)

Is there any way on the app to see a breakdown of what you have been paid...Each job? All I see is the total earnings but I did some jobs today which according to the brief I should get paid plus reimbursed.. The jobs are all approved but I am sure I should have more in my account and if I have been reimbursed it wouldn't be a whole pound (unless the pennies get rounded to the pound)
Thanks

Gift Card Audits just gone live. Requires interaction and printer. £7.50

[member=2821]mabozza[/member] if you click on feedback on the in app menu you can email them from there. They came back quickly to my (silly) question and were very helpful.

Does anyone know how long it takes FA to pay out after requesting? Is there a certain day/date that they do payouts? I want to withdraw in time for a holiday in 3 weeks but want to leave as late as poss since there is so much work just now .
Thanks

I'm very jealous of the flexibility of your job to be able to do all the task apps [member=2821]mabozza[/member]: I live in a suburb and work in the same suburb and so far i have managed the grand total of 2 roamler jobs and none on Field Agent/Task 360. Still the distance from home to work does mean a nice lie in most days!

Ahh that's a shame Emily.. you are right for me it's like getting paid to run about getting paid lol... today I ran from Glasgow to Aberdeen and back have made £40 on FA and £15 on Task 360 street names jobs I passed along the way. Hope it picks up for you.

If you request a cash out BEFORE the weekend then the payment run takes place on a Sunday and will processed then. You'll receive an email from FA confirming the transfer and the money will be in your account within three days. It seems to me that they process the smallest cash-outs first - if I'm only requesting a small amount (£5-£10 e.g.) then it tends to arrive in Paypal on a Monday. For larger amounts it often arrives late Tuesday/Wednesday. You will only receive the amount you chose to cash out. So if you cash out £30 on Thursday, and then earn another £30 on Friday but don't cash out, you'll receive £30 via paypal. The remaining £30 will be processed in the run following your next cash out request.

T360 work in the same pattern, but with two differences. Firstly they pay via BACS direct into your bank account and second they cash out whatever is your on account. You could do some jobs on a Monday, cash out on Monday evening and then do more jobs until Friday and you would receive the total amount of that weeks work (plus any other earning since you last received a payment).

Unless the client specifies it (e.g some Bill Board tasks, some product audits etc) then no jobs will be approved on a weekend and so these will always be paid in a subsequent cash out.

I hope that makes sense.

I have a similar problem. Most of the tasks on FA require too much travel, and Roamler ones tend to go quite quickly. Going on maternity soon though so hoping I can get a few in then (because I won't be busy enough!)

Thanks Hook... that's great well I should get it sometime next week and don't go till 22nd.. I figured since my account went back to zero that any earned from now on won't be included...but if I cash that out before the Sunday before I go should be ok
I had done a cash out on T360 before and noticed last time that it was all earned up till the moment of payment.. so am going to hammer into the street names meanwhile.

I'm new to the field agent app - only signing up this week but think I've been lucky and managed to get 2 jobs completed. The whole idea is really fun. I've been trying to bike to the jobs as well that way i'll save on petrol. What sort of jobs have people being doing?
