I use both... The I phone for most mystery jobs and my I pad for everything else. I found the I pad very useful for the tobacco checks ( looks more professional and never gets queried) and the I phone for when it's covert
There again on roamler I've always used my ipad for the cucumber checks it's one photo and No one ever asks lol

Need to be physically able, but basically you're helping someone change (move) the dispenser thingy from memory i.e. they briefly need a second pair of hands just to move the thing & there is no point in them sending 2 'engineers'.
They will make these the first visit of the day so they should be there with no real delay.
Very simple. From memory you also need to dress reasonably smartly.
