I'm keen on the ones where the returns can be done using collect+.
Are they where they collect it from you or where you send it back for free??

Mine's Asda, took 3 there last night :-D

The £10 is the one I've had 2 of. Call them up and they'll collect the item for free, so you get an extra £10!

I have £25 in my account and 4 purchase surveys to do, including the £10 minimum one and one that has to be sent express delivery :/
I also need to order some prints for a stand on the 23rd August.

These refunds better start coming through!

ETA: The express delivery costs £10! That's half the fee gone already.

Has anyone ever had an issue with getting purchase/refunds done in time? I've got 2 edig surveys still to submit, one is just waiting for the money to clear in my account, the other product has not been sent back yet as apparently I have to send the product bag in a 'special bag' and I'm still waiting to receive said bag! I've messaged edig explaining the situation but no reply and the deadline is tomorrow. I'm worried the surveys will get deleted from my account, I don't want this to happen as I've done 99% of the work on them. Are edig usually understanding about these things? In my defence, I was allocated the surveys after the initial start date so the time I had to turn the whole thing around was quite tight.

when i've returned items and heard nothing back i've just selected 7/10 days and wrote that I never received any communication from said company

edig then paid me the refund

Only did it on Friday, so it hasn't been long (Only just received the product so couldn't do it any sooner). If I don't hear anything back from edig by tomorrow then maybe I'll just fill the survey in as best I can and submit it, at least then they will see that I've made an attempt to get it in on time and they can return it and ask for more info if they want to.

They don't remove the surveys automatically, especially if you've messaged them. I missed the purchase deadline because I misread the messages but the surveys were still there 2 days later.
If you fill it in and submit it then it'll almost definitely be returned (from experience) so fill in what you can so far and wait for either a reply or the refund.

I also have 2 where I'm waiting for a refund and they're both from the original batch!

I can't believe I haven't tried mystery shopping sooner.

I get a free trip to London next week courtesy of mystery shopping!

woohoo, nice one!

What do you think made you not try it earlier then? Just didn't know where to find the opportunities or were you not exposed to MSing in general?

I had been registered for a mystery shopping website for awhile (Amber Arch) but found the tasks somewhat dull and not very well paid. It wasn't until I read through this thread and discovered Market Force that I thought I'd give a real go.

I guess I also was a bit nervous about doing it, but after doing the first one last week realised how easy it was and now I'm full swing into it.

I'm just keeping an eye out for somewhere to mystery shop for lunch while I'm down in London. There are many shops at a well known chain, but you can't visit alone!

Same here, just 2 so far.

I really hate it when the site has really bad bugs though. One won't let me add anything to the basket, it just redirects to the home page every single time so I can't make a purchase.

I did my invoice yesterday with 2 outstanding thinking they would not approve them today... and they did! Then I get another one to do today, not bad tho I managed nearly £60 in my first month.
