They've got me, and I've had one survey in a month, so you're not exactly missing out on the big bucks if my experience is anything to go by

You don't get many surveys from them, but the good thing about them is the rate of pay. £3 for 10/15 minutes is better than most survey sites, I think (£12 an hour if you look at it like that).
I've made £33 from them since last May, so you're only looking at £3 a month on average really

Been having some trouble with these since joining in that I cannot see my balance so cannot redeem my points. Had to ring them yesterday so they could put the order through for me. From experience, how long does it normally take for the order to process? I asked for Paypal credit so just wondering how long before it appears in my account?
When I did this years ago it was Luncheon Vouchers LOL (or direct Paypal after each survey).

It just happened with me
I did 2 tasks and got bloody luncheon vouchers and then I Was automatically swapped to PayPAl

On average, I only get one a month!!!! I have been a member for years and get really excited if get more than one a month. I changed my profile to no limit but still no joy :'(

I'm the same as bordercolliefan (I've been a member long enough to be on the higher rate). I'd be over the moon if I got 2 surveys in 2 months. I didn't get 1 a month last year.

I often get 1 or 2 a week, sometimes more. I also find that I usually have 2-3 product trials (at least) a month.

After several years of trying I finally got excepted onto Pinecone about 3 months ago. For all those still waiting keep applying and eventually you will be added.
Loving it so far and the quick payment to paypal is much appreciated.

they never seen to warn you when they are sending stuff to you
then you get a missed parcel note and wonder what the hell it is until you collect it and find its some new kind of ketchup they want you to try

I wish they would say to expect it or something. Luckily I have been in to receive most of them.
Once I missed a delivery of biscuits and then when I went to get them and opened them up they were all damp.
I don't receive allot. I have had more product trials from GlobalTestMarket.
Love some of the stuff they send me.
