Just an idea, hope you don't mind me suggesting...

Instead of checking it manually could you use a browser add on, such as visual ping, to check for you and notify you when something changes on the page?

I'm not entirely sure, however, you can sign up to some websites that email you alerts when a websites content changes, that might be worth investigating?
