I had an issue with T360 recently over a WH Smith job at a local hospital. The task description included the phrase '1/3' and I took this to mean that there were three jobs at the location and that numbers 2 and 3 would be released to me after I had completed number 1. However, being a newbie I checked this with T360 via the app - how do I access 2 and 3? The reply was ' ask a member of staff at location 1 where the other locations are'. Good so far. I completed task 1 but no further jobs appeared and I had checked with a staff member that there were 2 more locations for WH Smith within the hospital. Again via the app, I was told that there was only one job at the hospital after all and obviously the client only wanted one location tasked. So, I had gone there expecting to earn £15 and got only £5 which wasn't really worth my while.
Generally, I am happy with T360, there's usually plenty of work in my area and the pay is OK unlike some similar apps I could mention...

That's a rare glitch TBH, just to be aware for these jobs for next time, the 1/3, 2/3 etc... does mean there should be 3 jobs at same location and all are available (unless grabbed of course) a tip to help because all 3 or whatever pins will be in the exact same spot and hard to disseminate, zoom in to wherever it is... then refresh, then go to list view and you will see all the available jobs to reserve.
Have people had their tasks that they completed on Saturday approved yet? Or is anyone else waiting? They normally sort them out pretty quickly on a Monday morning, and my tasks from Friday were approved quickly.

They did put up a message when you clicked to reserve the KFC that it would be 3-4 days for checking them as you reserved them i think they put the message on as they must have had a lot of requests over the weekend regarding jobs not checked off as quick as usual. I had a load of KFC just started to be cleared today as you said darkhorse around lunchtime.
With a 1000 KFC needed if Im not mistaken, that would have taken longer to get their results rather than needing a quota per ASDA, Waitrose and the like with Blades and probably takes a bit longer to check the KFC than Blades and as Petrolman says speed for the client is of the essence!
And i have still yet to put a standee up!!! The Cinemas i visited didnt need em

Just did one of the halfords jobs...pretty straight forward... then a Smyths one popped just nearby...not so straight forward.. you need to photo 3 battery displays... found the main one no problem... Other was at till and really hard to get a shot...only other one had the security guard standing right at it... no chance of getting a shot... so very likely a rejection on the way..so be wary if you head to a smyths to do this one

There was a LOAD of Billboards but they went live late last night so lots were nabbed by 5am... they would pop back on periodically for 30 seconds or so as over grabs expired... I did 13 in total plus some of my usual cinemas.. think T360 need to put a limit on how many you can grab at one time as clearly there was folk reserving amounts impossible to do in time and a lot of users got nothing.

I didn't look until after nine this morning, so they'd probably all gone by then. The only ones left were miles away and I don't drive. I didn't even see the normal station ones today. Someone must've nabbed them too.

I think a lot of users got nothing because the jobs came on last night and some users were out early. I saw them and got a little excited.. I decided to get up early since the roads around me are so quiet at that time. I reserved 20 at 6am and finished about 8:30.. all within 5 miles of my house.
I checked back when I finished and all the same jobs were there from before. I refreshed about 10 minutes later and 90% was taken. I think some users were coming in close to 9 but I suppose quite a few jobs had already been completed by then. I also believe there should be a limit on how many jobs users can reserve, but it should be the same for everybody. Just by chance I checked last night, I wouldn't have got up that time.

I watched the orange pins flicker on and off once or twice so don’t know if there was a problem with those billboard pins. A load were grabbed early round by me but managed 22 all together with the cinemas I do. Task360 have said all to do with the client regarding the time they start and have to be manually started on their system so that’s the reason they were on the night before, but I didn’t get a push notification which is hit and miss and usually get the notification when most of the jobs are gone.
I know from reserving pins where I live I have a good idea how long they will take but as I had to travel for some today I did them not in one big hit as I would knowing the area but reserved as I went which worked quite well in my favour, not always possible with the jobs turning over so fast but nice when able to do it this way.
And I agree with the job hogging [member=2821]mabozza[/member] each time the blades happen the same two stores near me disappear then reappear just before the 8pm limit, it might be the quota is reached but as it happens most times mmmm!

Yeah I never saw them last night myself... I got up at 8 there was quite a few but a wee bit away so I grabbed 5 then after doing first a whole load came back on very near my home ..nabbed one then the rest couldn't be grabbed... did the rest of those then more came back on near home. .. 60 miles from me lol.. nabbed about 8 that I could do within timer one minute late all gone again... did see ones come back on again that onviously expired.. am not too bothered as was doing my usual Monday cinemas anyway

Aye [member=2869]rmg50[/member] the hogging goes on a lot... as you say especially the blades... to be fair T360 exclude users from regrabbing tasks they let expire on the blades
.. should extend that to all tasks..I have had times I know I can't complete and abandon early... if they are still there whenever I am able then fine if not fine too... and a couple of times had jobs expire when I have encountered genuine probs like traffic or recently the app has been causing me all sorts of grief logging me out then when log back in all reserved tasks have disappeared completely and can take an hour for support to fix (problem now cured I think)
