Does anyone know if you can have more than one person in a household working for either company? I'm with Leapforce (and have been since August) but I've just moved and was going to suggest it to my flatmate who is looking for WAH opportunities, not sure if it would work! lol

I'm due to resit this week and was told it was February 3rd - hopefully email will arrive tomorrow!

edit: and email has arrived, and it's to tell me it's been delayed a day and will now start on Wednesday. Grrrrrr.

Just realised I shouldn't have edited, should have done a new post, then my post count would have gone up. It's that sort of attention to detail that made me fail it the first time round ;D

The exam email has finally arrived. I hope the exams haven't changed too much although if they made the last one easier that would be ok.

Just got an e-mail saying I had failed the first part of the exam.

In honest, it was not at all what I was expecting.

Do you know how to get a re-sit? Will they contact me or do I have to contact them?

how did you manage to learn the guidelines so quickly? - took me days before i was ready!


If you get to re-site they should email you in a few weeks

I had copied the guidelines a few weeks ago when they first sent me the notification,

I'm not really sure what I expected but I thought it would have been more multiple choice and not all just true or false, also I thought that by searching through the guidelines I would find the answers.

Alas not!

Hopefully get a re-sit and go again!

They should contact you. Did it mention in your email that you may be contacted again to resit it? I was told that in my "you've failed part 2" email, then was contacted again two days later telling me I'd be allowed to retake it.

Spend at least two days studying the guidelines. Study, study and study some more. Also study in between each test. I was over confident and thats why I failed the first time. Its not a walk in the park and you need to give it your full attention. Good Luck for next time.

I just retook part one. The guidelines have changed quite a bit so i was a bit worried. I didn't study as much as i should have but i did manage to pass. I definitely need to study before the next part of the exam since i've always found practical harder than theory.

I've just completed Part 1 and it looks as if it is letting me straight onto part 2, says "Desktop tasks" above acquire. Is it best to wait for the email results before moving on, could probably do with a break anyway.

Bad week to do this as I'm on the road working from Monday to Wednesday so have to complete the exam by the end of Sunday, or try and work in hotel room on Monday :s

Just make sure you have fully completed the section. A few times I thought I'd finished but it had just submitted the task and taken me back to the homepage; I clicked on desktop tasks and it continued with the same task I was on. You shouldn't just be allowed to move on because they need to mark each section....or at least that is what happened when I took it.
