Hi guys, I'm new here and have a lionbridge issue. I've been a SME for them since October however at the end of November I started getting a few empty ads in each batch, logged a ticket and tried all the usual troubleshooting like clear cache, uninstall and reinstall both messenger and Facebook etc but it didn't work. Since then I've had less and less ads that work and I'm now getting totally empty batches so can't rate anything. I've logged 4 tickets and they tell me they'll speak to the client and come back to me but actually close the ticket and don't come back to me at all. Anyone else had this happen? I just want it to work so I can complete the year!!
