I had one company claim the item I sent back was used! I literally took it out the box to photograph and shipped it straight back! If it’s used then they sent it to me in that condition

im getting that with a shaving company

My fake nike T shit from last month is finally refunded, paypal found in my favour after i posted it back and the company went silent

Telus playing silly buggers now and saying I only submitted 4 invoices and asking me to submit 5 further invoices to receive the reimbursements. I emailed them back saying I sent all nine and a screenshot of their emails to me confirming receipt of the invoices on 9th July. I could just send them the invoices again I suppose, but that's not the point. I already did it so just pay up and admit your mistake!

Luckily yes! I just emailed them for the return address
They replied that the return fees are too expensive, I shall just gift it to someone /Even though their website says 100% refund if not happy with the product..) - ehm no, thanks. Escalated it with paypal now...

Can someone remind me how you do the paypal postage refund thing? Ive activated the ability to do it on PayPal but when I go to the purchase in my activity page there isn't an option to get a refund for the postage

Is PayPal better for refunds? I’ve been paying on my credit card but realised I don’t really get any protection as under £100

I’ll do that going forwards. I just stupidly thought I had protection if using a credit card but I realised now that I don’t

Expand the transaction in Pay pal, on the bottom left there is a link, something like get postage on us. I find I have to upload proof on my phone as it does not like my laptop for some odd reason. The option is not in the app either only the website version

Anyone else got an email from Telus/Lionbridge, that the reviews of the June campaign items need to be finalised?
I wasn't even accepted for the June campaign, so my last two open cases are from July..

This email is a friendly reminder that you are required to fill in the review surveys for tasks from the June campaign. ECO0012



Please remember to fill in the review survey once you have received the item in the post.



There you need to comment on the entire purchase experience, as well as the quality of the product you have purchased. We ask that you fill in the survey honestly, including a detailed description at the end of the survey, explaining why you were or were not satisfied with the purchase experience.



If the purchase was cancelled by you, or by the seller, for whatever reason, please go to "Products Ready For Review", locate the Item, click on "Review", slide the “Purchase Cancelled” toggle off, and complete the survey accordingly.



Alternatively, if you were given an estimated delivery date (EDD), by the seller, and it has not arrived within 14 days (2 weeks) after the EDD, please go to "Products Ready For Review", locate the Item, click on "Update Shipping Status", tick the “Did Not Receive” box, and submit it.



On the other hand, if you were not given an EDD, and it has not arrived within 56 days (8 weeks) after the purchase date, please follow the above instructions.



Our goal is to have 100% of the review surveys completed by our raters, and as such, we send this reminder weekly to those raters with pending review surveys.
