Overcharged - your help needed

I am like a dog with a bone with this. Basically a few weeks ago (it must be a month now actually) I went to B&M Bargains. They overcharged me when I got a six pack of flavoured water by charging me for 6 x 6 packs (£11.94) instead of 6 individual bottles (£4.14). Now before any of you tell me to let it go - just no. It is my money, it isn't my fault and I want my money back.

I rung the store, who are 33 miles from where I live, and they told me I had a few weeks to come back and get a refund. Well I haven't been able to (33 miles guys) so I've emailed them. Nothing. So I've taken to their social media. STILL nothing.

I would write a letter to the top (and also casually mention you website somewhere), and you should ask for more than a refund now.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes from schuh once and they wouldn't take them back (long story) anyway, after CAB and everything, I wrote a letter and copied in the head of the shoe brand I had bought etc, and eventually got the refund plus £25 cheque.

I wouldn't let it go either. Was the water branded? if you start to copy them in, B&M might take more notice.

definitely get the brand involved they'll be invested in getting it sorted too because it doesnt look good on them either, it'll put people off buying products from B&M and that'll have a knock on effect. I'd be fighting it too, £7 is a lot of money to a lot of people it is about 1 hours work at minimum wage!
