Payoneer query

So I’m working with Appen and I received a payment £5 usd in my Payoneer account gone in the account and showing a fee of 3 USD deducted and still showing 2usd left. Tried looking into it but not getting anywhere, is this right 75% fee? I’m in a larger project and don’t want a big chunk taken when it’s paid please shed some light in this anyone thank you

That seems a lot so I logged into Payoneer as a few affiliates pay me through them and had a look at their fees page

I get paid in USD which I then withdraw to my UK HSBC account

So I don't get charged a fee when I am paid

but I do get charged 2% when they convert from USD to GBP to pay me

so yeah 75% doesn't seem right at all, might be worth contacting Payoneer Support and asking them what is going on there in regards to that transaction

The same thing happened to me for an Appen task... weird. Was it the Facebook search thing?

I'm on Yukon with Appen and have my Payoneer paid into my paypal account and then transfer to my bank account and there are no fees.

Same here with Appen I get paid by PayPal through Payoneer. Great as there are no fees.

I've always been charged a $3 fee when Appen pay me by Payoneer and then the conversion fee for changing from dollars to pounds. That's one reason I won't do the smaller paying tasks and why I wish they didn't use payoneer.
