Re-investment into further deals

Happy Easter guys.

I wondered if anyone can give me some useful advice.

I recently started MB again however money is getting caught in either the bookmakers/exchange.

I know this might seem a silly question but do you withdraw the money from the bookmakers/exchange so you can re-invest into other offers or do you just re-invest more into the signups.

NB: (can understand why you might need the money to be in at least the exchange to lay against the bet but again, just wished to know peoples stance to grow their bankroll)
