Do you all think it is necessary to keep track of you matched betting with a spreadsheet?
I find I can keep track writing it down in my book.

Up to you really. In the past, I've used Ultimatcher which is VERY good

However a year or so ago Profit Accumulator and OddsMonkey created their own built-in-profit-tracking which Is without doubt the easiest way to keep tracking your profits!

A pen and a notebook works for me

I had a basic Google Sheets spreadsheet which did the job.

This was better than a notebook for me if you have multiple computers.

Admittedly nowadays there are so few offers you could probably get away with a small notebook.

Thank-you all for the replies and the link Jon.
I am working through the the introductory offers at TeamProfit and should finish them next week. Not sure whether to try the casino offers afterwards.
I then plan on trying out paid membership at OddsMonkey or Profit Accumulator.

I do have a dedicated email address and mobile number just for matched betting.
But I am using an existing bank account which I also use for my part time window cleaning.
