I can only reiterate what [member=1]Jon@TheMoneyShed[/member] says and give it a go. In my first week I made slightly over £100 having done 7 of the sign-up offers and 2 or 3 reload offers from those bookies. Yes it is daunting to start with but I found it soon got easier and now I can place bets fairly quickly. I'd also recommend looking into the ultimatcher spreadsheet if you go further with it as keeping track of all the bets and the profit is made easier as result.
