...but considering the actual basis of the site... I am having trouble getting to grips with What Users Do website. I registered a few weeks ago, downloaded the recorder. Tried to do the audio test but it failed due to microphone not being up to scratch. Borrowed some headphones yesterday and tried to get back to the audio test and I cant get any further than the first step. Step 2 is the practice video Ive downloaded the software. installed it etc but when I return to the practice test section and click 'launch recorder' , the software is not found. I keep getting the 'Ooops looks like you havent installed the software' message then redirected to the download page.

Am I missing something obvious?

What browser are you using? Why not try a different one!
